"I've had this insurance organization handle my policies twice now. The first time was a very poor experience — after the initial "introductory" pricing, my rates skyrocketed, so I switched as soon as my 6 months were up.
I recently came back to them and have now been with them for about a little over 6 months this time . The first 6 months went great, and the most recent 6 months (after my renewal) have been mostly positive so far. That said, their customer service and communication are very inconsistent, which is why I’m only giving 3 stars.
I leave voicemails and send text messages, but it often takes hours to get a response , if you get one at all. Today is a perfect example: I’ve been sitting at the tag office since 9:00 a.m. trying to get proof of insurance for my motorcycle. I called the office at 9:40 a.m. and sent a text at 9:50 a.m. I didn’t get a reply to my text until 10:50 a.m., and I’ve followed up several more times with no response. I’m now stuck here for hours with no resolution.
I understand not everyone can handle things online like you can directly with State Farm, but the long wait times for basic requests like this are frustrating and unnecessary"
