"Absolutely horrible experience here when I had to file an auto claim! They refer you to a generic 800 number. You can only have your car repaired at certain low quality body shops and good luck speaking with a human! Allstate was even better than Statefarm! I've heard Farm Bureau and Progressive are much better for handling claims with quality service and better choices on repair shops. The Honda Collision Center in Charlotte highly recommended Progressive."
